Fair Organization is a new class of digital asset company—rooted in luxury real estate, built for regulatory clarity, and designed for real-world utility. Our mission is to bring sophistication, stability, and strategic long-term value to the crypto space through the Faircoin ecosystem and its expanding suite of financial products.
Ambitious developer, Andra' F.P Fair starts his own journey by shadowing developers in Arizona, California, Florida, and communicating with his Grandpa Fair on his vision for his real estate concept.
Gates at Goodyear Ballpark was the first concept attempt but 1.5 yrs later due to COVID the project was shut down. However, the concept was reimagined, and improved for a later date so the building would be an iconic headquarter for The Fair Organization.
During December 2019 as COVID was spreading across the nation, Andra' F.P Fair created the Gates Residence while the nation was shut down. As he used the tools that he had to connect and push the boundaries of concepts and design his ambitions and large-scale vision made the imprint of the perfect developments for worldwide recognition.
In 2022, Andra' F. P Fair created a mixed-use development that encompasses – Live, Work, Shop, Dine, Entertain for the downtown Phoenix location that brings luxury and a polish feel for those who want to have the Same standards of access living and visiting from major market cities.
In 2023 Andra' F.P Fair noticed a trend in the digital age, and he swiftly implemented Fair Blockchain, Faircoin, Faircoin Commodities, and GatesToken that will be utilized within his developments. While visualizing his own needs he discovered he created a market share that will allow easy payment solutions for all business using his products.
In 2025 the Fair Card, FTM (Faircoin Transaction Machine), and Fair Crypto Exchange internal test net went live. Fair Bank & Trust banking system was established with the onboarding completion of the core team.
The future includes multiple real estate development sites, Mainnet launch, major exchange listings, and Fair Crypto Exchange. We will have our first Faircoin Summit at Phoenix Convention Center cementing its position in the real estate, crypto, and banking industry.
